Our Programmes
Three programmes. One focus: your team's readiness for the room ahead.
Bridgora's three programmes cover different scales of engagement — from a focused half-day briefing to a multi-month advisory relationship.

How Bridgora advisory works
All Bridgora engagements begin with interviews. Before any workshop or session, the advisor spends time understanding the specific situation — the markets involved, the team's composition and history, the schedule and timeline, and the particular conversations that are most significant to prepare for.
This preparation stage produces a written brief, which the team has in hand before the first workshop. The brief is not a research summary — it is an advisory document that names the specific things the team will want to read and adapt to in the market they are entering.
Workshops and sessions are facilitated by the principal advisor and, where relevant, the regional practice lead. They are structured to produce a record — a document the team can refer back to — rather than simply to be informative in the room.
The overall standard Bridgora holds its engagements to is lasting usefulness. A readiness brief prepared in April should still be relevant to the team in September. A companion brief produced after a leadership workshop should be the kind of document a new team member can read and benefit from twelve months after the workshop itself.
Programme 01
Cross-Border Engagement Programme
A multi-month advisory engagement for a company entering or deepening operations in a new Asia-Pacific market. This programme covers the language and meeting practice differences that will shape early professional interactions, the structural shape of business relationships in the target market, the rhythm of how decisions are typically made and communicated, and considered preparation for the handful of conversations that tend to define early entry. It includes leadership interviews, a written readiness brief, and three preparation workshops.
- Leadership interviews at the engagement's opening stage
- Written readiness brief delivered before the first workshop
- Three preparation workshops, paced around your market entry timeline
- Market-specific language and professional practice guidance
- In-person or remote delivery available

- 01Leadership interviews and market context review

Programme 02
Regional Leadership Workshop
A two-day workshop for a leadership team operating across multiple Asia-Pacific markets, in which the advisor and the team work through the cross-cultural fabric of the team's own conversation — the language patterns, meeting practices, and considered design of regular regional rituals that shape how the team functions across markets. Output includes a written workshop record and a short companion brief for the team's ongoing reference.
- Two full workshop days facilitated by the principal advisor
- Pre-workshop interviews with team members
- Written workshop record delivered within five working days
- Companion brief for team reference across markets
- In-person delivery at a location suitable for the team

Programme 03
Inbound-Investor Briefing
A focused half-day briefing prepared for an inbound investor team or a visiting senior leadership group. The briefing covers the local business landscape they are about to encounter, the practices they will want to read carefully in the rooms ahead, and a considered set of questions worth asking during the meetings they have already scheduled. Output includes a written briefing pack delivered before the session and the half-day session itself.
- Written briefing pack prepared and delivered in advance
- Half-day session with the advisor in Bangkok
- Meeting-specific question preparation for scheduled rooms
- Local business landscape and professional practice overview

Our Standards
What holds across all three programmes
Confidentiality
All information shared during an engagement — strategic, personnel, market — is held under confidentiality. Written outputs belong to the client.
Senior delivery
Every programme is delivered by a senior practitioner. There is no handoff to junior staff at any stage.
Written rigour
Written outputs are edited to reference standard before delivery. They are designed to be re-read, not only useful in the session.
Specific, not generic
Content is shaped by the specific markets and situations the client faces. Bridgora does not use standardised regional templates.
Structured timelines
Each engagement has agreed stages and delivery dates. Clients know what arrives when, and outputs are delivered on time.
Independent stance
Bridgora advises only in the client's interest. No commercial affiliations with the markets being advised on.
Pricing
Complete engagement pricing
All prices are in Thai Baht and cover the complete engagement as described. Written outputs are included. Travel for in-person sessions outside Bangkok is discussed and agreed separately.
